Job summary

QXO in Leesburg, FL is hiring for a full-time warehouse/delivery role responsible for unloading, loading, and assisting with delivery operations. You will work outdoors, up to rooftop access, with safety PPE provided and emphasis on adhering to safety protocols.

The job is Monday–Friday starting at 6am, with potential overtime and weekend shifts based on business needs. Must be able to lift and stay active in heat; forklift experience preferred.

What You'll Do

• Safely unload building products and multiple bundles of shingles from conveyor boom from first or second story rooftop
• In certain instances where rooftop delivery is not feasible, the roof loader will provide support to the driver by assisting with ground drop operations at the designated job site
• Verify order contents prior to loading them onto the delivery truck
• Assist with delivery operations
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE

Shift and Schedule

• Full-Time Position
• Monday-Friday.
• Start time 6am until work is done, around 4pm
• Flexibility in schedule to accommodate OT and/or weekends based on business needs.

What You'll Bring

• Access one- and two-story rooftops to stage materials at delivery locations. Occasionally 3 story buildings
• Must be comfortable working at heights; required safety equipment and fall protection are provided.
• Support warehouse operations as needed.
• Forklift experience preferred
• This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in the heat for extended periods throughout the day.
• Access to a reliable mode of transportation to commute to branch location
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus
