QXO in West Palm Beach, FL is hiring for a full-time rooftop loader/delivery associate. You will unload building products and assist with delivery operations, working from first or second story rooftops and maintaining strict safety protocols.

The role requires the ability to work at heights, use required PPE, and maintain attention to detail. Spanish bilingual is a plus; reliable transportation is needed. Flexible schedule with OT may apply.

What You'll Do

• Safely unload building products and multiple bundles of shingles from conveyor boom from first or second story rooftop
• In certain instances where rooftop delivery is not feasible, the roof loader will provide support to the driver by assisting with ground drop operations at the designated job site
• Verify order contents prior to loading them onto the delivery truck
• Assist with delivery operations
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE

Shift and Schedule

• Full-Time Position
• Monday-Friday.
• Start time 6am until work is done, around 4pm
• Flexibility in schedule to accommodate OT and/or weekends based on business needs.

What You'll Bring

• Access one- and two-story rooftops to stage materials at delivery locations.
• Must be comfortable working at heights; required safety equipment and fall protection are provided.
• Support warehouse operations during slow periods as needed.
• Access to a reliable mode of transportation to commute to branch location
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus
