White Lodging seeks a Sundeck Social Rooftop Cocktail Server for Hotel Trinity in downtown Austin. You will provide friendly, high-quality service, assist with menu knowledge, and help maintain a polished dining atmosphere for hotel guests and visitors.

You will work in a fast-paced, guest-focused ro off setting, with weekend/holiday availability. This role emphasizes teamwork, attentiveness, and professional presentation within a luxury hotel restaurant.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service to guests, with friendly conversation and menu suggestions.
• Complete setup, side work, and closing duties to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain expert knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and garnishes; answer guest questions confidently.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food quality, presentation, and overall dining experience.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a safe, professional hotel restaurant environment.
• Process payments (cash, card, digital) and finish end-of-shift paperwork and reconciliation.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance as a brand ambassador for the hotel and restaurant.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality to keep guests returning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
