Job summary

White Lodging seeks room service servers for Hotel Trinity in Austin, opening in late 2026. You will stock, set up, and deliver orders to guest rooms, anticipate guest needs, and keep service areas neat and sanitary. Knowledge of menu items and hotel services is important, along with a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or room service is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stock, set-up, and deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide exemplary hospitality.
• Retrieve trays and maintain a neat, sanitary service area.
• Know hotel services and menu items; answer guest questions accurately.
• Maintain a professional personal appearance and posture.
