This fast-paced rooftop role requires standing for extended periods and delivering impeccable service; Food Handlers and TABC certifications are required, with training provided. Weekend/holiday availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior server/food & beverage experience preferred, but training will be provided.
• Excellent guest service mindset and hospitality focus.
• Strong communication and active listening to read guests and respond proactively.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service to guests, with personal connections and warm dining atmosphere.
• Complete setup, side work, and closing duties to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients to confidently answer guest questions on food and drinks.
