InterContinental Indianapolis on Monument Circle invites you to join Astrea Rooftop Bar as a weekend, part-time server. You’ll deliver exceptional guest service, greet guests, take orders, and help create memorable experiences in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Provides guests with exceptional service and attention to detail.
• Greet guests, take orders, and answer menu questions.
• Maintain station cleanliness and reset tables between courses.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with exceptional service to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Review the menu and become familiar with items, ingredients, and wine list.
• Greet guests, take cocktail and food orders, and suggest items.
• Present checks to kitchen/bar, ensure accuracy, and deliver to guest with condiments.
• Close guest checks promptly and reset stations for the next shift.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities and local events.
