Job summary

Defoor Hospitality Group seeks a bartender to expertly serve guests at the rooftop bar, take and fulfill drink orders, and maintain a clean, inviting service area. You will promote menu items, monitor inventory, and ensure responsible alcohol service while providing friendly customer care.

The position requires high-energy hospitality, ability to work evenings and weekends, and compliance with ABC guidelines. Training and certification support are available to qualify for this role.

Qualifications

• Courteous, attentive to guests, with strong service mindset.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Must be able to verify age and handle cash/tills.

Responsibilities

• Act with the highest level of integrity in every decision.
• Certified in Serving Alcohol with Care or ABC training and valid ABC card; maintains certification.
• Greet guests, present menus, and inform them of drink specials.
• Take orders and coordinate with kitchen; mix drinks as ordered and deliver.
