You should be familiar with MICROS, cash handling, wine and spirit knowledge, and maintain consistency in presentation. Weekend and holiday shifts required; the role offers opportunities to work with a dynamic team at a premier property.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year bartending experience.
• Developed knowledge of wine, spirits and beer.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English with guests, management and co-workers.
• Ability to input information into MICROS accurately.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain a clean, efficient bar throughout the shift.
• Greet guests and provide superior customer service.
• Take orders and suggest food and beverage options and specials.
• Mix drinks according to standard recipes; ensure presentation consistency.
• Record transactions in MICROS and adhere to cash handling standards.
• Be familiar with the property amenities and other restaurants.
