Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a Bellperson for the Indianapolis property. You will greet guests warmly, escort them to their rooms, and highlight hotel amenities and outlets.

Responsibilities include assisting with luggage, orienting guests, and keeping the luggage storage area, lobby desk, and entrance organized. Prior hospitality experience is beneficial; a high school education is acceptable. The role includes a competitive hourly rate and listed benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires some high school education and less than 6 months of related hospitality experience.
• Experience in a high-level service hospitality environment is preferred.

• Assists guests with luggage and familiarize them with their room, amenities, and outlets of the hotel.
• Maintains an orderly and clean luggage storage room, lobby concierge desk and front entrance.

Qualifications and Expectations:

• This position requires a minimum of formal education of some high school and a minimum of less than six months of job-related experience.
• Experience in a high-level service hospitality environment.
