The Omni Fort Lauderdale Hotel seeks a bartender to deliver guest service through beverage preparation across outlets. You will set up bar stations, greet guests, take orders, and prepare cocktails per standard recipes.
This role requires knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, plus ability to work varied shifts and locations, including weekends, holidays, and overtime. Strong English communication and POS proficiency are essential.

The property offers 801 guest rooms and suites, multiple restaurants, a vibrant rooftop bar, a sprawling pool, spa, and fitness center. The hotel has over 120,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space, including a grand ballroom, junior ballroom, 25 breakout rooms and pre-function meeting space with waterfront views.

The Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service through the preparation and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient bar environment. This role supports food and beverage operations across multiple outlets and locations as assigned, based on business needs
