Malarkey Roofing Products seeks a Sales Representative for Las Vegas to be the primary sales agent within an established territory. You will identify, acquire, and maintain high-quality relationships with new and existing customers to support company growth.

Responsibilities include engaging distributors, contractors, and homeowner groups, turning prospects into customers, and delivering credible presentations while aligning with revenue goals. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Three years of outside sales experience, preferably construction-related.
• Bachelor's degree required; field of study in Sales, Marketing or related area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary sales agent for distributors, roofing contractors, homeowner groups and others in the region.
• Engage prospects, convert to customers, and drive territory revenue.
• Communicate effectively to diverse audiences and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare timely proposals and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Monitor competitor developments and promote safety practices in all work environments.
