Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound call center.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a call center environment.
• Stable work history and great attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing staff and daily tasks of outbound call center employees.
• Document employee performance and provide feedback through call monitoring.
• Schedule and enter sales appointments based on leads.
