CentiMark Corporation in Baton Rouge is seeking an experienced Roofing Service Manager to lead our service department. The ideal candidate will have commercial roofing experience, strong leadership, and a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

This role offers a base salary of 70k to 75k plus bonus opportunities and premier benefits, with responsibilities including scheduling two-man crews, estimating and selling roofing work, supervising field teams, and growing the service operation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in commercial roofing or commercial roofing sales
• 2+ years’ experience in commercial roofing service
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Experience with EPDM, Acrylic, Single Ply, PVC and/or TPO is required
