Best Choice Roofing is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Roofing Inspectors. This role offers structured training and strong income potential in a growing industry.

Inspectors conduct property inspections for storm-related damage and guide homeowners through the roof restoration process. Responsibilities include responding to warm sales leads, canvassing neighborhoods for new leads, performing roof inspections on-site, presenting findings, and coordinating with

Qualifications

• 1-2 years previous sales, customer service, or consultative experience is a plus, but not required
• Experience with lead generation or direct customer engagement is a plus
• Must possess a valid driver's license with access to reliable vehicle transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for success
• Capable of utilizing technology (computer and smartphone apps) and gathering and analyzing information
• Ability to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection
• Ability to work outdoors, including walking and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs
• At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly (Schedule is flexible, but most Saturdays are required)

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm sales leads by visiting homeowners and performing roof inspections
• Guide homeowners through the restoration process and present solutions
• Generate new leads through neighborhood canvassing and door knocking
• Travel to storm-damaged areas to identify roof and property damage
• Conduct damage assessments from roofs and attics and report findings
• Provide estimates and funding options and collect payments as required
• Work with insurance companies and adjusters to achieve best outcomes
• Obtain agreements and contracts for roof restoration services
• Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in team communication
