The role includes training, lead generation through canvassing, and presenting repair options. Training is paid; compensation includes base and incentives, with earnings typically in the range of mid to high $60k–$120k after training.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to climb ladders and inspect roofs.
• Outdoors work with lifting up to 50 lbs; daytime availability.
• 40 hours weekly; Saturdays are often required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm sales leads by visiting homeowners and inspecting roofs.
• Guide homeowners through the restoration process with solutions.
• Prepare estimates and funding options; collect payments as needed.
• Work with insurance adjusters to facilitate outcomes for homeowners.
• Obtain agreements and contracts for roof restoration services.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in team communication.
