Qualifications

• 1-2 years previous sales, customer service, or consultative experience is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with access to reliable vehicle transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for success.
• Capable of utilizing technology (computer and smartphone apps) and gathering and analyzing information.
• Ability to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection.
• Ability to work outdoors, including walking and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs.
• At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly (Schedule is flexible, but most Saturdays are required).

Responsibilities

• Respond rapidly to warm sales leads to close contracts for services.
• Generate sales leads through neighborhood canvassing and door knocking.
• Travel to areas hit by storm damage to identify signs of roof and property damage.
• Inspect roofs and attics and present findings to homeowners after training.
• Educate homeowners on restoration process and act as a technical advisor.
• Provide estimates and funding options and collect payments as required.
• Work with insurance companies and meet with adjusters to facilitate outcomes.
• Obtain agreements and contracts from homeowners for roof restoration services.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and actively participate in team communication.
