Job summary

Best Choice Roofing is seeking motivated individuals for an Entry Level Roofing Inspector role in a full-time permanent position. The role includes inspecting properties for storm-related damage, guiding homeowners through roof restoration, and engaging warm leads with training provided.

Compensation ranges from $63,000 to $120,000 per year, with paid training and uncapped incentive-based earnings after completion.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years prior sales, customer service, or consultative experience is a plus.
• Experience with lead generation or direct customer engagement is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for success.
• Ability to climb ladders and scale roofs for inspection.
• Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm sales leads by visiting homeowners and conducting roof/property inspections.
• Guide homeowners through the restoration process and present funding options.
• Provide estimates and collect payments as required.
• Work with insurance companies and adjusters to achieve best outcomes.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in team communication.
