Best Choice Roofing is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Roofing Inspectors. This role offers structured training and strong income potential in a high-growth industry.

You will conduct property inspections for storm-related damage, guide homeowners through roof restoration, and respond to warm sales leads by visiting homes and presenting restoration options. Training is provided to ensure confidence and success.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years previous sales, customer service, or consultative experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with lead generation or direct customer engagement is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with access to reliable vehicle transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for success.

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm sales leads by visiting homeowners, conducting inspections, and guiding through restoration options.
• Generate sales leads by canvassing neighborhoods and speaking with homeowners about risks and solutions.
• Travel to storm-damaged areas to identify signs of roof and property damage and perform assessments.
• Present findings to homeowners and educate them on the restoration process and funding options.
• Obtain agreements and contracts for roof restoration services and coordinate with insurance adjusters.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in team communication.
