Qualifications

• 1-2 years sales, customer service, or consultative experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with access to reliable vehicle transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Capable of utilizing technology (phone/computer) and data gathering
• Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs in outdoor settings

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm sales leads and close contracts.
• Generate leads through neighborhood canvassing and door knocking.
• Travel to storm-damage areas to identify roof and property damage.
• Inspect roofs and attics and present findings to homeowners.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and funding when needed.
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters to optimize outcomes for homeowners.
• Obtain agreements and contracts for roof restoration services.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in team updates.
