Best Choice Roofing is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Roofing Inspectors. This role offers structured training and strong income potential in a high-growth industry.

You will conduct property inspections, identify storm-related damage, and guide homeowners through the roof restoration process. As a Roofing Sales Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training on damage assessments and roofing products, respond to warm leads, and help homeowners secure restoration

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales, customer service or consultative experience is a plus but not required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with reliable vehicle transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for success.
• Capable of utilizing technology (computer and smartphone apps).
• Ability to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection.
• Ability to work outdoors, including walking and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly; Saturdays often required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm sales leads by visiting homeowners and closing contracts.
• Generate new leads by canvassing neighborhoods and door knocking.
• Travel to storm-damaged areas to inspect roofs and properties.
• Conduct damage assessments from roofs and attics and present findings.
• Educate homeowners on restoration process and funding options.
• Work with insurance companies and adjusters to achieve best outcomes.
• Obtain agreements and contracts for roof restoration services.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in team communication.
