Job summary

Southwest Florida General Contractor is seeking a highly motivated Construction Sales (Roofing) and Project Management professional for our Pompano Beach office. This role combines sales leadership with hands-on roofing project oversight, including flat, slope, shingles, and TPO systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a similar construction sales/PM role
• Experience in Sales, Commercial Roofing Construction, and Project Management
• Extensive knowledge of roofing types: flat, slope, shingles, modified TPO
• Strong PM skills with a track record of managing complex projects
• Excellent sales, negotiation and client-relationship skills
• Willingness to travel and valid driver’s license
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Manage roofing projects from planning to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth execution and achievement of company objectives.
• Provide expert knowledge on roofing types including flat, slope, shingles, and modified TPO.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends to stay at the forefront of construction.
• Participate in meetings, sales events, and training to stay current.
• Report to management using financial and project data.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives set by management.
