Ace Pro Roofing in South Florida is seeking an experienced Roofing Sales Manager to lead and grow a sales team while continuing to close high-value roofing projects. You will pursue residential and commercial work, build lasting client relationships, and drive revenue growth with above-market commission opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have a proven roofing sales track record, leadership capabilities, and the drive to recruit and mentor a top-performing team in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Proven success in roofing sales.
• Experience leading, managing, or developing salespeople.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing abilities.
• Experience selling high-ticket projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and financially driven.
• Comfortable working independently and being accountable for results.
• Basic technology skills, including email, CRM systems, estimates, and spreadsheets.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Sell residential and commercial roofing projects.
• Work both company-provided opportunities and self-generated business.
• Prospect, build relationships, and develop new revenue opportunities.
• Recruit, build, train, and lead a high-performing roofing sales team.
• Coach sales representatives on prospecting, presentations, follow-up, and closing.
• Pursue larger commercial, multifamily, and high-ticket opportunities.
• Monitor individual and team sales performance.
• Maintain a strong personal sales pipeline while helping your team succeed.
• Collaborate with production and operations to ensure a smooth transition from sale through project completion.
• Represent Ace Pro Roofing professionally with homeowners, property owners, vendors, and community partners.
