Job summary

Southwest Florida General Contractor is seeking a highly motivated Construction Sales (Roofing) and Project Management professional for our Pompano Beach office. This role combines sales leadership with hands-on roofing project oversight, including flat, slope, shingles, and TPO systems.

• Minimum 5 years in a similar construction sales/PM role
• Experience in Sales, Commercial Roofing Construction, and Project Management
• Extensive knowledge of roofing types: flat, slope, shingles, modified TPO
• Strong PM skills with a track record of managing complex projects
• Excellent sales, negotiation and client-relationship skills
• Willingness to travel and valid driver’s license
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for a Permanent Construction Sales-Roofing position in our dynamic Construction Industry team. This role requires a professional with a strong background in Sales, Commercial Roofing Construction, and Project Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our roofing projects, including flat, slope, shingles, and modified TPO. • The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make effective decisions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
