The role emphasizes building relationships, hitting sales goals, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. No roofing experience is required, as a 90-day paid training program will equip you with the skills.

• Valid driver\'s license.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to provide free roof inspections.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and guide them through the insurance restoration process.
• Build relationships through neighborhood outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Manage each project from the initial inspection through final completion.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the entire process.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving your personal sales goals.
