Qualifications

• No roofing experience required; training provided.
• 90 days of paid training with hands-on coaching and mentorship.
• Uncapped 25% commission after training.
• Potential to earn $100,000–$150,000+ in your first year.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship building.
• Meet with homeowners and inspect properties.
• Identify potential roofing and storm-related damage.
• Educate homeowners about roofing and insurance-restoration options.
• Prepare estimates and present customized solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Guide customers through the entire project process.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure projects stay on track.
• Maintain consistent communication with homeowners.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Build and manage your personal sales pipeline.
• Consistently work toward and exceed sales goals.
