Job summary

Deluxe Roofing and Construction, LLC in the Dallas–Fort Worth area seeks a Roofing Sales professional to drive growth across residential and commercial projects. You will prospect leads, present roofing solutions, prepare estimates, and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.

Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, assisting on-site visits, educating clients on options and warranties, and maintaining CRM records while hitting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of roofing systems and common materials.
• Ability to work safely at height per safety standards.
• Familiarity with carpentry principles related to roofs and framing.
• Knowledge of insulation and waterproofing relevant to roofing.
• Proven sales experience in construction, roofing, or home improvement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel across the DFW Metroplex.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and projects and stay organized.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional roofing or building certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads, manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
• Conduct roof inspections and prepare detailed estimates and reports for residential and commercial clients.
• Present roofing solutions, warranties, and installation processes to customers.
• Coordinate with project managers and installation teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.
• Educate clients on product options and maintain accurate CRM records while meeting sales targets.
• Travel regularly to job sites within the DFW area.
