Job summary

Arrowhead Roofing is seeking an Experienced Roofing Sales Representative in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will generate leads, build a pipeline, inspect roofs, present proposals, and close sales with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Proven roofing sales experience or strong sales in home services.
• Ability to generate leads, build a pipeline and close business.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.
• Customer-first approach and honest selling.
• Willingness to climb ladders and inspect roofs.
• Proficient with CRM systems and mobile sales tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Availability to meet customers evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through referrals, networking, door-to-door outreach.
• Respond promptly to company-provided leads.
• Conduct roof inspections and identify storm damage, leaks, and other roofing concerns.
• Provide honest recommendations based on each customer’s needs.
• Explain pricing, project scope, materials, timelines, and expectations.
• Educate customers on retail roofing and insurance restoration processes.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and contracts.
• Follow up consistently and close sales.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the company CRM.
• Coordinate with production to provide an excellent customer experience.
