Qualifications

• Full time availability
• High School diploma or GED required
• Roofing experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to perform roof inspections
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations and follow up with key decision-makers
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Utilize the company's Cloud-based software daily, scheduling, documenting activities, and developing prospective customer profiles
• Regularly meet with Team Leader to review weekly sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers

Responsibilities

• Generate a pipeline of self-generated leads from warm calling, direct marketing, and networking. inbound leads are also distributed based on performance.
• Write purchase orders and work orders; act as the point of contact from initial inspection to job completion.
• Manage and follow up on proposals, pricing, and customer communications.
• Support customers with product options and scheduling throughout the project lifecycle.
• Use cloud-based software to document activities and maintain accurate customer profiles.
• Meet with the Team Leader to review weekly sales activity and progress.
