Responsibilities

• Generate leads through canvassing, storms outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct roof, gutter, and siding inspections and document damage.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and insurance claims.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Manage projects from contract to completion as main contact.
• Coordinate with production teams to meet timelines and standards.
• Collect payments and document job details throughout the project.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to drive referrals and repeat business.
