Job summary

Shamrock Roofing & Construction in Springfield, MO is seeking a W2 Roofing Sales Specialist to own the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation and inspections to closing deals and managing projects. You’ll deliver exceptional customer experiences in a community-focused role with guaranteed draw and uncapped commissions.

Top performers earn well into six figures as commissioned income grows beyond the draw, with company-provided leads and support from production teams.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to climb ladders, walk roofs, lift up to 50 lbs, and be comfortable with heights.
• Experience in roofing or outside sales preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years or older and comfortable with door-to-door sales.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing and community networking.
• Conduct roof, gutter, and siding inspections and document damage.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and insurance claims.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Manage projects from signed contract to completion and maintain client contact.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure on-time workmanship.
• Collect payments and document job records.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to drive referrals.
