Shamrock Roofing & Construction in Springfield, MO is seeking an entry-level W2 Roofing Sales Specialist focused on draw against commission. You will own the full sales lifecycle, from generating leads to closing deals, with guaranteed draw while building your pipeline.

This on-site role rewards performance with 35% on company leads and 50% on self-generated leads, uncapped earning potential, and strong back-end support.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales and self-directed lead generation.
• Able to climb ladders, walk roofs, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through canvassing and local networking.
• Conduct roof inspections and document damage.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and insurance claims.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Manage projects from signed contract through completion and be the main contact for homeowners.
• Coordinate with production and operations to ensure timely work and standards.
• Collect payments and document all job details.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to drive referrals and repeat business.
