Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales and self-directed lead generation.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Willingness to learn roofing or construction sales.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, and networking.
• Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding and document damage.
• Educate homeowners on roofing options and insurance claims.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Manage projects from contract to completion and be the main contact.
