Job summary

Shamrock Roofing & Construction is seeking a Roofing Sales Specialist in a W-2 draw-against-commission role. You will own full sales and project lifecycle from lead generation to close, with guaranteed draw and uncapped commissions. Company truck may be available and veterans are welcomed.

Qualifications

• Experience in door-to-door or field sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, storm outreach, referrals, and community networking.
• Conduct thorough roof, gutter, and siding inspections and document damage.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions, insurance claims, and Shamrock's services.
• Prepare and present project proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Manage projects from signed contract through completion and be the primary contact for homeowners.
• Coordinate with production/operations to ensure timely, quality work.
• Collect payments and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to drive referrals and repeat business.
