This W-2 role offers a guaranteed draw of $31,200 annually, with 35% commission on company-provided leads and 50% on self-generated leads. High performers can surpass six figures with uncapped earnings.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales and self-directed lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, storm outreach, referrals, and community networking.
• Conduct thorough roof, gutter, and siding inspections and document damage.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions, the insurance claims process, and Shamrock's services.
• Prepare and present project proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Manage projects from signed contract through completion, as primary point of contact.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure timely, quality work.
• Collect payments and maintain accurate job documentation.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to drive referrals and repeat business.
