Job summary

Trinity Total Home is seeking Home Improvement Sales Consultants to help homeowners by presenting roofing solutions, inspecting roofs, and closing projects. The role involves running company-arranged appointments, evening work, and traveling to customer homes while using company tools and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with in-home conversations and performance-based pay.
• Able to climb a ladder, walk on roofs, climb inside attic spaces, lift 65 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly sales team meetings to plan and prepare strategically.
• Attend confirmed customer appointments between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demos.
• Use company tools for measurements and photo capture.
• Conduct roof condition assessments and attic inspections when required.
• Build homeowner trust and close deals to meet homeowner needs.
• Update Salesforce/CRM and finance portals accurately and on time.
• Follow up with homeowners and internal teams to move projects through to completion.
