Job summary

Jobtailor in Tempe, AZ is seeking a results-driven Residential Roofing Sales Specialist to generate and follow up on homeowner leads, conduct roof assessments, and prepare clear repair or replacement proposals.

You will guide customers from initial interest through inspection, proposal, and close, explain roof conditions, and manage an active sales pipeline while representing the brand in residential conversations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation for local client visits.
• Experience selling residential roofing or exterior home improvement services (preferred).
• Experience conducting roof inspections or assessments (preferred).
• Experience working homeowner leads, follow-ups, and appointments (preferred).
