Job summary

Roof Boyz LLC is seeking a driven residential roofing sales professional in the San Tan Valley area. You will generate and follow up on homeowner leads for roofing inspections and estimates, conduct roof assessments, and clearly explain repair or replacement recommendations.

In this role you will prepare accurate proposals, guide homeowners from initial interest through inspection, proposal, and close, help them understand roof conditions, evaluate options, and choose suitable solutions,

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation for local client visits.
• Experience selling residential roofing or exterior home improvement services.
• Experience conducting roof inspections or assessments.
• Experience working homeowner leads, follow-ups, and appointments.
• Experience explaining roof inspection findings to homeowners.
• Experience presenting estimates and proposals to homeowners.
• Experience closing residential roofing or home improvement sales opportunities.
