Restoration Roofing NOVA is seeking top-performing Roofing Sales Representatives to build and manage a pipeline across Northern Virginia and surrounding markets.

You will generate leads, perform inspections, advise homeowners, assist with insurance claims, and own client relationships from first contact to project completion. Strong commission-based earnings with tiered incentives and growth tracks are offered.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and ability to build pipelines.
• No roofing experience required; open to transfer from related fields.
• Understanding of insurance restoration processes is a plus.
