Job summary

IBC Roofing LLC is seeking a Roofing Sales Consultant in North Carolina to drive new business and deliver exceptional service to homeowners. This in-person role offers substantial earning potential and a supportive, family-oriented environment with training and mentorship.

You will inspect roofs, educate homeowners on solutions and insurance claims, and guide projects from inspection through completion. Flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits are included as the company grows.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, canvassing, and community outreach.
• Conduct roof inspections and assess homeowner needs.
• Educate customers on roofing solutions and insurance claim processes.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
• Guide homeowners through the entire project lifecycle, from inspection to completion.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the IBC Roofing brand with professionalism.
