Quick Roofing LLC in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Roofing Sales Consultant to grow our homeowner client base through in-field inspections, door-to-door canvassing, and guiding customers through the insurance claim process.

Earn $600 training pay for four weeks with weekly uncapped commissions; top performers can reach $100,000–$250,000+ annually as part of a nationwide leader. Excellent mentorship and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing or construction sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing (required).
• Prospect targeted neighborhoods, especially following storm activity.
• Conduct roof inspections and assess storm-related or general damage.
• Educate homeowners on roofing options and the insurance claim process.
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals.
• Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Partner with project managers to ensure smooth scheduling and job completion.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Roofing Sales Consultant Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing (required)

Requirements

Roofing Sales Consultant Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in roofing, construction, or related industries (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence in public speaking and presentations
• Proven track record in sales (preferred)
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing as a daily requirement
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive
• Comfortable working outdoors and ability to climb ladders for roof inspections
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
