Job summary

Quick Roofing is seeking a Roofing Sales Consultant to join our nationwide leader in roofing services. You will engage homeowners in the field, perform inspections, and guide them through the insurance claim process with support from a strong team behind you.

You will generate new business, prospec­t neighborhoods after storms, and present estimates while building lasting customer relationships. Training pay, weekly pay, and uncapped commissions are offered to top performers.

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing, construction, or related sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing.
• Prospect neighborhoods, especially after storm activity.
• Conduct roof inspections and assess damage.
• Educate homeowners on roofing options and the insurance claim process.
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals.
• Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with project managers to schedule and complete jobs.
• Follow up to generate referrals.

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing (required)
• Prospect targeted neighborhoods, especially following storm activity
• Conduct roof inspections and assess storm-related or general damage
• Educate homeowners on roofing options and the insurance claim process
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals
• Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships
• Partner with project managers to ensure smooth scheduling and job completion
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals

Roofing Sales Consultant Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in roofing, construction, home improvement, or related industries (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence in public speaking and presentations
• Proven track record in sales (preferred)
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing as a daily requirement
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive
• Comfortable working outdoors and ability to climb ladders for roof inspections
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
