Job summary

Quick Roofing, LLC is seeking a motivated Roofing Sales Consultant to join our nationwide team. You will be out in the field inspecting roofs, working with homeowners, and guiding them through the insurance claim process with the support of our experienced team.

We offer training pay of $600 for four weeks, weekly pay with uncapped commissions, and clear paths for advancement; top performers earn 100k–250k+ annually.

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing, construction, or related industries preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with outdoor sales and door-to-door outreach.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing (required)
• Prospect targeted neighborhoods, especially following storm activity
• Conduct roof inspections and assess storm-related or general damage
• Educate homeowners on roofing options and the insurance claim process
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals
• Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships
• Partner with project managers to ensure smooth scheduling and job completion
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

Roofing Sales Consultant Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience in roofing, construction, or related industries (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence in public speaking and presentations
• Proven track record in sales (preferred)
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing as a daily requirement
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive
• Comfortable working outdoors and ability to climb ladders for roof inspections
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
