Job summary

Quick Roofing is seeking a Roofing Sales Consultant to join our nationwide team. You will work in the field, connect with homeowners, perform roof inspections, and guide clients through the insurance claim process with strong support from our experienced staff.

Responsibilities include canvassing neighborhoods, presenting estimates, closing sales, and coordinating with project managers to ensure timely completion. Training is provided with clear paths for growth in a high-earning sales role.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in roofing, construction, or related industries (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing as a daily requirement.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive.

• Prospect targeted neighborhoods, especially following storm activity.
• Conduct roof inspections and assess storm-related or general damage.
• Educate homeowners on roofing options and the insurance claim process.
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals.
• Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Partner with project managers to ensure smooth scheduling and job completion.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

We offer $600 four weeks of Training Pay and weekly pay-plus uncapped commissions!

Roofing Sales Consultant Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales (preferred)
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing as a daily requirement
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive
• Comfortable working outdoors and ability to climb ladders for roof inspections
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
