Job summary

Quick Roofing is seeking a Roofing Sales Consultant to generate new business in the Amarillo area. You’ll be in the field, canvassing, conducting roof inspections, guiding homeowners through insurance claims, and presenting estimates with the support of a nationwide team.

We offer $600 four weeks of Training Pay and weekly pay-plus uncapped commissions. Top performers can earn $100,000–$250,000+ annually, with strong growth opportunities and a path for career development.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in roofing, construction, or related industries (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confidence in public speaking and presentations.
• Proven track record in sales (preferred).
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing as a daily requirement.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive.
• Comfortable working outdoors and ability to climb ladders for roof inspections.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing (required).
• Prospect targeted neighborhoods, especially following storm activity.
• Conduct roof inspections and assess storm-related or general damage.
• Educate homeowners on roofing options and the insurance claim process.
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals.
• Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Partner with project managers to ensure smooth scheduling and job completion.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
