Quick Roofing is seeking a Roofing Sales Consultant to generate new business by canvassing neighborhoods, inspecting roofs, and guiding homeowners through insurance claims. You’ll work with a strong support team to close sales and build lasting relationships.

Training pays $600 for four weeks, followed by weekly pay with uncapped commissions. Top performers earn substantial annual income with ongoing mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing sales or related industries (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing as part of daily work.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing (required).
• Prospect neighborhoods, especially after storms.
• Conduct roof inspections and assess damage.
• Educate homeowners on roofing options and insurance claims.
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals.
• Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Partner with project managers to schedule and complete jobs.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Roofing Sales Consultant Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in roofing, construction, home improvement, or related industries (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence in public speaking and presentations
• Proven track record in sales (preferred)
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing as a daily requirement
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive
• Comfortable working outdoors and ability to climb ladders for roof inspections
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
