Job summary

Quick Roofing is seeking a Roofing Sales Consultant to generate new business in the field, perform inspections, and guide homeowners through insurance claims with a supportive team. Training is provided with $600 four weeks, plus uncapped commissions.

Top performers can earn $100,000–$250,000+ annually, with ongoing mentorship and growth opportunities in a nationwide organization.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in roofing, construction, or related industries (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing as a daily requirement

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing (required)
• Prospect targeted neighborhoods, especially following storm activity
• Conduct roof inspections and assess storm-related or general damage
• Educate homeowners on roofing options and the insurance claim process
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals
• Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships
• Partner with project managers to ensure smooth scheduling and job completion
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

Roofing Sales Consultant Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience in roofing, construction, or related industries (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence in public speaking and presentations
• Proven track record in sales (preferred)
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing as a daily requirement
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive
• Comfortable working outdoors and ability to climb ladders for roof inspections
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
