Job summary

Velaz Solar & Roofing in New Jersey is hiring a Roofing Sales Consultant with uncapped income and elite rewards. You will meet homeowners, present premium roofing and storm restoration solutions, and guide clients through insurance restoration processes.

Expect a 100% commission structure with weekly payouts in a hybrid role. Velaz provides company-provided appointments and a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of door-to-door or field sales experience.
• Comfortable with 100% commission-based compensation.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Laptop or tablet preferred.
• Hunger, drive, and a competitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and present premium roofing and storm restoration solutions
• Guide families through the insurance restoration process with confidence and care
• Conduct exterior inspections and document roof, siding, and gutter conditions
• Work your own leads AND receive company-provided appointments to keep your pipeline full
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure smooth delivery from sale to installation
