Job summary

TIMEPROOFUSA is seeking a project manager to lead roofing projects from contract to completion, coordinating schedules, crews, and client communications. You’ll ensure quality and timely delivery while upholding our standards of excellence for homeowners.

As the main point of contact, you’ll visit sites, manage budgets and change orders, and collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership to guarantee flawless handoffs and project success. This role offers a strong salary and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee roofing projects from start to finish including timelines, crews, quality control, materials, and client communication.
• Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, ensuring they stay informed throughout their project.
• Conduct site visits before, during, and after installation to ensure quality and adherence to company standards.
• Manage project budgets, track job progress, and handle change orders as needed.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership teams to ensure successful handoffs and flawless project delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update project information in CRM and internal systems.
