Job summary

TIMEPROOFUSA is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead outside sales representatives in the residential roofing space. You will drive revenue through hands-on coaching, clear sales standards, and consistent execution in the field.

This leadership role requires coaching by example, ride-alongs, and performance reviews, while collaborating with marketing, operations, and installation teams to deliver a seamless roofing customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading outside sales teams.
• Background in residential sales with roofing/home improvement.
• Deep understanding of one-call close methodology.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage outside sales reps from lead to close.
• Conduct ride-alongs, field coaching, trainings, and performance reviews.
• Create incentive programs to boost roofing sales.
• Drive metrics: NSLI, demo, conversion, and net sales.
• Track KPIs, analyze trends, report actions.
• Collaborate with marketing, ops, and installation for a seamless customer experience.
