Job summary

Top Side Roofing is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee roofing projects from conception to completion in Oklahoma. You will lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has proven PM experience in construction/roofing, strong communication skills, and a solid technical background in roofing. A related bachelor’s degree is required; PM certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; PM certification is a plus.
• Proven PM experience in construction/roofing industry.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking.
• Solid technical background with roofing/construction knowledge.
• Ability to lead and coordinate internal resources and third parties.

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escape to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Qualifications :

• Proven working experience as a project manager in the construction/roofing industry.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in roofing and construction.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; certification in project management is a plus.
